Main ingredients: 750 grams of garlic
Accessory ingredients: 100 grams of salt, 300 grams of brown sugar, 50 grams of balsamic vinegar, 800 grams of water
1. Tear off the skin of the garlic and remove two strips. Be careful when tearing the skin and keep it clean.
