5. Pour the pigskin into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, add onion, ginger slices and salt, and cook in porridge or stew mode for 1.5 hours, and cook the pigskin, which is the same as the taste of braised pork.
6. Take out seasonings such as onion and ginger, prepare a container, pour pigskin and soup into the container, let it cool naturally, and wait for the pigskin jelly to solidify overnight.
