pour the cooled popsicle juice into the ice cube (or popsicle mold) and move it into the freezer for 4 hours.
Tips
Add some salt in the process of making old popsicles, and you can make salt water popsicles. Saltwater popsicles are cooler to quench thirst, and can also properly supplement salt.
glutinous rice flour or starch: when making popsicles, glutinous rice flour or starch juice melted with boiling water must be added. Its function is to make the popsicles have a crisp taste and not freeze into porcelain ice cubes.
Popsicle molds or ice cubes: Popsicle molds can be bought in the daily department store area of large supermarkets or IKEA. Of course, frozen popsicles at home need not be limited to one form. All kinds of ice cubes and small plastic cups at hand can be used to make popsicles. The most important thing is mood and taste, right?
It is not easy to take the frozen popsicle out of the mold or the ice cube immediately. You can leave it at room temperature for 8 minutes or flush the back of the mold or the ice cube with tap water, and then tap the mold or the ice cube gently to take out the frozen popsicle.
