1, garlic peeled off the outer layer of dry skin, cut off the root and washed. In 2 to 3 times into the jar (cans of boiling water over the sun dry), respectively, each time the salt (their own control, not too salty). Seal the lid and marinate for 10 days , every day, shake the jar, so that the garlic marinated evenly.
2. Pour the rice vinegar into half of the garlic, and marinate for 10 days with the lid closed. Shake the jar every day to marinate the garlic evenly.
3. Stir in the sugar and marinate for 4-5 days with the lid closed.
