300 grams of high flour, 36 grams of sugar, 4 grams of salt, milk 150 grams (I only used about 135 grams), small eggs 1 piece (she left some for brushing, so I added it all to the flour), 25 grams of vegetable oil and 6 grams of yeast.
Stuffing:
Put the minced pork, diced ham, walnuts, peanuts, black sesame seeds, cakes, shallots, salt and butter together and stir well.
Exercise:
1. Stir all raw materials except vegetable oil into crumbs, then add vegetable oil and knead into dough. Put it in a bread machine and stir it with the dough until the dough is fully expanded and the film can be pulled out.
2. Ferment directly in the toaster. When the bread maker prompts for fermentation, take out the dough, gently press the dough by hand to discharge air, divide it into 60g dough, and relax it after rounding 15min.
3. The relaxed dough can be shaped according to your own preferences.
4. Put the dough in the baking tray and send it to the oven. Put a bowl of hot water under the baking tray for an hour to help sober up.
Brush the dough surface with egg liquid or modify it properly, and put the middle layer in an oven preheated to 170℃ 15 minutes.
