As a result, I chose Junzhi's baking with Junzhi 1, 2, Cooking with Junzhi, and Ten Minutes Cake. All the pictures are complete, and bread, biscuits and cakes are available.

Later, I made it several times, and I basically decided on the direction. I didn't like cookies, so one book was enough. I headed for the cake. First, I bought a cake Bible. At that time, there were two combinations of a single book and a bread Bible to choose from. I thought that bread would be made in the future, although it wasn't very cold, and it was cheaper to buy two books together, so I bought another combination.

The Cake Bible contains a lot of contents, from cake body to decoration to tool introduction, but the weight is too large (the old American prescription seems to be common), and some raw materials are not available in China, so it is not very suitable for beginners, but after several times, I have found my next direction from this book: pound cake. I like heavy sugar and heavy oil (Junzhi's prescription suits me very well). I think the cake is sweet and moist. As for the common prescription of reducing oil and sugar on the Internet, it is said to be for health. Please, as a baking enthusiast, it is not shameful to admit that it is actually for the body. Really, the taste is greatly reduced.

Then I mainly bought books on heavy oil cakes, such as pound cakes, brownies, butter cakes and so on. However, Qi Feng also has to learn, so I bought two books about Qi Feng, Super Q Runqi Feng and Teacher Xiaoyu's Qi Feng Textbook.

Later, the weather became hot (I bought the oven before the Spring Festival). Thinking about making something delicious and cool, I made a tiramisu according to the gentleman's prescription, and suddenly turned around. In fact, it is a kind of cheesecake. So my next goal is cheesecake, and now I'm buying cheesecake books, but I haven't decided which one suits me best yet.
