Practice of dry cauliflower in griddle
1. This is the dried cauliflower I bought.
2. Wash it and soak it in warm water
It will be ready in about an hour.
4. Slice pork belly and slice onion and ginger for later use.
5. Dry the soaked cauliflower and control the moisture for later use.
6. Add corn oil to the small cast iron pot.
7. Stir-fry the pork belly slices in the pot
8. Add onion and ginger slices when you see the meat slices change color.
9. Stir-fry and add some cooking wine.
10. Pour in the dried cauliflower and stir-fry.
1 1. Add a proper amount of salt.
12. Stir fry for a while and add soy sauce.
13. Stir-fry evenly, then cover with appropriate amount of water and stew for 2 minutes.
14. Wash some green garlic during stewing and cut it into oblique sections.
15. Pour the green garlic into the soup when it is dry.
16. Stir well and turn off the heat.
