Composition:
Onion, ginger and garlic, bean paste, a small piece of hot pot bottom material, milk, as well as meatballs, fat beef, vegetables and other favorite ingredients.
Steps:
1. Boil water in a pot, add onion, ginger slices and a little cooking wine, and blanch meat dishes such as fat beef or shrimp for later use;
2. Heat oil in the pot, saute garlic slices and onion segments;
3. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry the red oil, then add the hot pot bottom material and stir-fry until it is completely melted;
4. Add a large pot of water and milk, and remove the dregs after boiling;
5. First add ingredients that are difficult to cook, such as meatballs, cover the pot and simmer for a while, and then add vegetables and fat beef when it is almost cooked;
6. Add sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar;
7. Finally, add instant noodles and a spoonful of sesame sauce and mix well;
8. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
