1. Take a rectangular or square plate and brush it with oil for use.
2. Put the flour on the chopping board, add a little baking powder and mix well, then knock in the eggs and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the panel, roll the dough into a large dough sheet with a thickness of 0.2CM, and then cut it into a 3 cm long strip with a knife, similar to rolling.
4. Put oil in the pot and heat it on medium heat. If a noodle floats, it means it can be fried. When frying, turn it over with a hedge a few times and fry the noodles until they are slightly yellow.
5. Cook the syrup in another pot, add sugar and water at the same time, and cook it on low heat. When the sugar water thickens (about half of the original), add honey and cook on low heat until it bubbles.
6. Quickly pour the fried noodles into the cooked syrup and stir evenly (don't turn off the fire and keep warm when stirring), quickly pick them up with a shovel and put them on the prepared plate, and flatten them directly by hand. You must move quickly.
7. After completely cooling, cut it into rectangles with a knife.
