Daily Use
Direct Inhalation: Place 1-3 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief or tissue and inhale directly through the nose. Through the inhalation of aroma to achieve soothing, balancing, relaxing mental and emotional effects.
Home fragrance method: the use of incense burner heating, diffusion method. Use 3-5 drops of essential oil per 10 square meters, drop into warm water, as the temperature rises, as well as the vaporization of water molecules, so that the essential oil molecules emanate in the air, to achieve the purification of the air environment, soothing, relaxation of the spirit and emotions and other effects.
