Lianxiang rice
Ingredients: 1 lotus leaf, 1 bowl of lotus seeds, Changshan rice, shiitake mushrooms, pork, shrimp, salt and a little pepper
Method:
(1) Soak the rice in water for 2 hours, steam until cooked and set aside
(2) Boil the lotus seeds and set aside
(3) Heat the oil in the pan and put the mushrooms in , pork and shrimp, saute until fragrant, add (1) (2) seasonings and mix well
(4) Steam rice wrapped in lotus leaves for 20 minutes, take it out and serve, turn over the lotus leaves and scoop with a spoon
Cold crispy lotus root
Ingredients: 1 pound lotus root, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons sugar, chili pepper, salt
Method:
( 1) Peel the lotus root, cut into thin slices and put them into cold boiling water
(2) Pick up the Sichuan blanched lotus root slices and put them into cold boiling water, wait for them to cool and drain, add a little salt to taste, and then add vinegar , mince garlic, stir with chili, sugar and sesame oil and serve
(Note: Vegetarians can change the minced garlic into minced ginger)
Health Soup
Ingredients: 2 bowls of lotus seeds, 2 pounds of short ribs (2 tablespoons each of wolfberry, astragalus, and red dates), salt
Method:
(1) Blanch the spareribs, wash them, and add red dates , cooked lotus seeds
(2) Add wolfberry, astragalus and salt before cooking
