Do you want to blanch your kelp?
Before you eat kelp, you don't need to boil it. Soak the kelp slightly before washing it.
Mixed Black Fungus
Ingredients:Kelp(half slice)
Seasoning:Minced garlic(the amount of two cloves of garlic), Sriracha(2 spoons), Vinegar(1 spoon), Soy Sauce(1 spoon), Sugar(1/2 spoon), Salt(1 spoon), Sesame Oil(moderate).

Steps:
1. Soak and wash kelp.
2. Cut the soaked kelp into shreds.
3. Boil a pot of water in a pot.
4. Pour the shredded kombu into the blanching water and cook until done.
5. Remove the shredded kelp, control the water and let it cool.
6. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into powder.
7. Add minced garlic, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil, pour all into the kelp and mix well.

Steamed seaweed shredded
Materials dried chili with shredded kelp, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG)
1. Wash the kelp and soak it in water for about two hours.
2. Cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces (add more or less according to personal preference)
3. Put oil in a pot. When the oil is 7 cooked, add the chili peppers, stir-fry to release the flavor, add the seaweed and stir-fry. Add the cooking wine and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Add soy sauce and vinegar (a little can be) stir fry. When the kelp is almost ready, add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry. Open the pot is good. Tips:If you like meat, you can add some minced meat into it.
