Ingredients: pure milk 1L
Accessories: yogurt starter 1g, sugar 5g, appropriate amount of boiled water and warm water.
Step 1: scald the container with boiling water and wipe it clean for later use.
Step 2: Pour 250 ml milk into a container and add 1g yogurt starter.
Step 3: Add 5g of white sugar and stir evenly until the white sugar is completely melted.
Step 4: Add the remaining 750ml of milk and mix well.
Step 5: Pour proper amount of warm water into the inner container of the rice cooker.
Step 6: Cover the container, put the rice cooker in, and press the heat preservation button.
Step 7: Make yogurt after 8 to 12 hours.
