Ingredients: Auricularia auricula, fish skin, cucumber, ginger foam, white pepper, salt, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic foam, chicken essence and soy sauce.
Exercise:
1: Slice the fish skin, shred the cucumber and cut the fungus into small pieces for later use.
2. The fungus is cooked in water, and the fish skin is cooked in water (the time is not long, about 30 seconds, otherwise the fish skin will be cooked).
3: Pour the above seasoning into the juice and mix well.

Ingredients: fish skin, green pepper, pepper, ginger and onion.
Exercise:
1: Cut obliquely into pieces, and break the green pepper into pieces by hand.
