1. Huayu Xingshui Decoction: angelica 12g, peach kernel, safflower, chuanxiong rhizome, red peony root, poria cocos and plantain seed 10g, raspberry, rehmannia root and motherwort root (30g each). Add and subtract with the syndrome, and add 30 grams of raw astragalus for those with qi deficiency; Spleen deficiency plus codonopsis pilosula and atractylodes macrocephala each15g; Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Cortex Phellodendri each 30g; Herba Cistanches, Herba Epimedii 15g and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata 6g are added for yang deficiency; Gardenia jasminoides Ellis10g and Herba artemisiae scopariae15g are added for those with severe damp heat. At the same time, it can be combined with prednisone maintenance and drug withdrawal treatment. If primary nephrotic syndrome shows intractable edema, diuretics should be stopped. Add 500 ml of water to the medicine and 200 ml of decoction, and take 1 dose every day for 1 ~ 2 months as a course of treatment. 30 cases of intractable edema were treated with this recipe. Results Edema disappeared completely 18 cases, 8 cases were obviously relieved and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.7%. With the edema subsided or obviously relieved, the total urine protein of patients decreased significantly. Among them, 9 cases of proteinuria disappeared completely, and 5 cases of total urinary protein decreased by more than 50%.

2. Yishen Huayu Decoction: Radix Rehmanniae, Fructus Lycii, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix Astragali and Herba Lycopi each 65438±05g, Coicis Semen, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Xu Changqing each 30g, Leech and Glycyrrhiza each 3g. Adding Semen Plantaginis and Polyporus into swollen lower limbs; Eucommia ulmoides and Achyranthes bidentata for lumbago; Radix Morindae Officinalis and Rhizoma Curculiginis are added for those suffering from yang deficiency and cold; Hematuria with amber and madder color. Decoct with water, daily 1 dose, twice in the morning and evening (leeches are ground and taken orally, but not in the prescription). Four weeks after urine protein turned negative, honey pills were made with the basic formula, 50g each time, twice a day. At the same time, with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside, the dose is1~1.5 mg/kg daily, three times a day, after meals. Urine protein was negative for two weeks, and the drug was completely stopped after eight weeks after deducting the dose taken after meals. Forty-three cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome were treated, with marked effect of 2 1 case, effective 17 cases and ineffective in 5 cases, with a total effective rate of 88.4%. Urine protein turns negative at the earliest 8 days, and at the latest 140 days. Among them, 25 cases relapsed after drug withdrawal, and 5 cases were effective after re-treatment.

3. Add and subtract Chailing Decoction: Bupleurum, Alisma orientalis, Ramulus Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhrizae Radix each 65438±00g, Scutellariae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Codonopsis pilosula, Polyporus and Poria each 65438±05g, and Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata 6g. For those with yin deficiency and excessive fire, cassia twig should be removed and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi should be reused to 30 grams; For patients with low plasma protein, Rhizoma Atractylodis 10g, Coicis Semen 30g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 30g and black bean 30g are added; For damp-heat patients (such as urinary tract infection), 30g of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, 30g of Herba Pteris and 30g of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae are added; After the hormone is reduced to a small dose, those who are afraid of cold and eat less should use licorice 15 ~ 20g and cassia twig 20 ~ 30g, which will be aggravated appropriately. Indications have obvious curative effect on hormone-dependent nephrotic syndrome. Decoct with water, 1 dose, twice a day. Continuous treatment for more than 8 weeks is 1 course of treatment.

4. Yiqi Yangyin Recipe: 20g of Radix Astragali Preparata, Radix Pseudostellariae (or Radix Codonopsis) 15g, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Fructus Lycii, Herba Leonuri, Lalang Grass Rhizome, Radix Rehmanniae, Fructus Corni, Rhizoma Polygonati and Semen Cuscutae 10g. Poria, Alisma orientalis, Plantago asiatica and Leonurus japonicus are added for patients with severe edema. Periostracum Cicadae, Folium Pyrrosiae, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae and Semen Euryales are added for patients with excessive urine protein; Spica Prunellae, Achyranthes bidentata, Chrysanthemum and Uncaria for patients with hypertension; Hematuria with Eclipta prostrata and Agrimonia pilosa; Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae and Scutellariae Radix are added to the infected person. Indications: nephrotic syndrome in children. Decoct with water, daily 1 dose, and take it warm for 3 times. 1 month is the course of treatment. 50 cases, 35 cases of simple nephropathy and 15 cases of nephritis nephropathy were observed successively. After treatment, the effective rate was 62%(3 1), the effective rate was 26%( 13), and the total effective rate was 88%. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between simple nephropathy and nephritis nephropathy (P & gt0.05). This recipe can increase plasma albumin, reduce total cholesterol and eliminate proteinuria.

5. Warm Bushen Decoction: Herba Epimedii, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae each 15-30g, Rhizoma Curculiginis 6- 10g, Semen Cuscutae, Radix Morindae Officinalis, Radix Rehmanniae each 15g, and Fructus Lycii 12g. Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Cortex Cinnamomi are added for patients with yang deficiency; Herba Leonuri, Lalang Grass Rhizome and Semen Plantaginis can be added for dysuria; Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi are added for patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency; For patients with yang deficiency, hyperactivity and hypertension, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Concha Ostreae and Achyranthis Radix are added. Daily 1 dose, decocted in water twice, mixed evenly and taken twice in the morning and evening. This recipe nourishes yin, subdues yang and tonifies kidney. 33 cases of nephrotic syndrome were treated successively, and the total effective rate was 94%.

6. Shen Yan mixture formula 1 1: contains tripterygium wilfordii 15g, 40g of raw astragalus and 6g of raw licorice. Peel tripterygium wilfordii, slice it, grind it into powder, soak it in 95% alcohol, and then add the rest drugs to make a mixture. The total daily dose was 45ml, 1, and it was 15ml three times a day. The total course of treatment is 2 ~ 3 months. This prescription has a good effect on nephrotic syndrome by supplementing qi and nourishing yin, detoxifying and dredging collaterals, and clearing away damp heat.

7. Prescriptions for nourishing yin, benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation: raw and cooked land 24g, yam, Cornus officinalis, Eucommia ulmoides, Atractylodes macrocephala 12g, Lycium barbarum, Poria cocos, Eupatorium adenophorum, Leonurus japonicus 15g and Astragalus membranaceus 30g. Removing Radix Rehmanniae with yang deficiency, and adding Cortex Cinnamomi and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata; Yin deficiency plus tortoise plastron and white peony root; Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Cortex Phellodendri are added for patients with yin deficiency and excessive fire; Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Semen Persicae are added for patients with obvious blood stasis. Decoct with water, daily 1 dose, 1 month to February as a course of treatment. The curative effect of treating nephrotic syndrome is satisfactory.

8. Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction: Radix Astragali 60g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g, Poria and Semen Plantaginis 30g, Radix Aconiti Lateralis 65438±00g, Cortex Cinnamomi, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Pericarpium Arecae, Fructus Chaenomelis, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Flos Carthami and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 5g. After 1 course of treatment, 39 cases were completely relieved and 22 cases were basically relieved, with an effective rate of 93.85%.

9. Prescription for regulating immune disorder: Radix Astragali, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus Lycii, Semen Cuscutae and Eucommiae each 30g, Fructus Corni, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Flos Carthami, Fructus Amomi, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata each 10g, and honey as pills. 1 dose 18 pills, each time 1 pill, three times a day 1 pill. 1 ~ 1.5 years is a course of treatment.
