Ingredients for making chopped pepper taro:
10 small taros, 4 red peppers, half a bottle of Tantanxiang chopped pepper, appropriate amount of chicken essence and sesame oil.
Method:
1. Wash the red pepper and cut into 0.3CM pieces for later use.
2. Wash the small taro with clean water and peel off the skin with a paring knife.
3. Cut the taro into small pieces (just larger than your thumb).
