How to clean diesel oil-water separator
Check whether the connecting pipeline is firm, whether there is leakage or damage, whether the inlet and outlet valves of the filter are closed tightly, and check the pressure gauge to ensure that the internal pressure is 0. At this point, the bag filter should have been separated from the piping system.

When replacing the filter bag, use sewing filter bag. Fold the sewing edge of the filter bag and put it in to improve the filtering effect of the stitched filter bag. Place the filter bag so that the ring mouth of the filter bag matches the neckline of the metal mesh.

Hold the handle of the upper cover with one hand, and hold the other end of the upper cover with the other hand. Align the upper cover with the mouth of the bag filter, slowly put it down, naturally flatten the ο-shaped sealing ring and the mouth of the filter bag, and uniformly and forcefully tighten the hanging cap bolts.

Extended data:

principle of operation

1. Oily sewage is sent to the oil-water separator by the sewage pump, and after passing through the diffusion nozzle, large oil droplets float on the top of the left oil collection chamber.

2. Sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate coalescer at the lower part, and the oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets in the coalescer and sent to the right oil collection chamber.

3. The sewage containing smaller oil droplets passes through a fine filter to remove impurities in the water, and then enters a fiber polymerizer in turn, so that the small oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets and separated from water.

4. The separated clean water is discharged through the discharge port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collection chambers is automatically discharged through the electromagnetic valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber polymerization kettle is discharged through the manual valve.
