The building materials industry standard "Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Vent" (JC/T854-2008) promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission is applicable to the residential exhaust flue made of sulphoaluminate cement and silicate cement with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh, and sulphoaluminate cement and silicate cement are stable exhaust flue materials. 4. Cement shall conform to Ordinary Portland Cement (GB 175) or Sulphoaluminate Cement (GB20472), in which the strength grade of slag portland cement, pozzolanic portland cement, fly ash portland cement, composite portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement shall not be lower than 32.5. According to national standards, magnesium oxychloride cement shall not be directly used as raw materials. 5. The water used for flue products shall conform to the Standard for Water Use for Concrete (JGJ63). 6. Concrete admixtures such as water reducer and retarder used in flue products shall comply with the provisions of Concrete Admixtures (GB8076). 7. Article 7.2.9 of the national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" (GB 16-2006) stipulates that vertical tube wells such as smoke exhaust, exhaust and garbage passage should be set independently; The wall of the shaft shall be non-combustible and its fire resistance limit shall not be lower than1.00h.

2. Process flow: 1. During the construction of the main structure, ventilation flue holes should be reserved according to the design drawings, and the hole size should be 50~80mm larger than the peripheral size of the component. The steel bars in the reserved holes should also be reserved. 2, before installation, according to the size of the ventilation flue hanging vertical hole from the top, to ensure the verticality of flue installation. 3. When installing the first layer, first level it with 1:2 cement mortar. After the grouting of the first pipe joint is completed, C20 concrete with a height of about 1000px is poured in the pipe; After the final set of concrete, install ventilation flue. 4. First, put the lower mouth of the joint into the upper mouth of the lower flue partition, and seal its four sides with cement slurry. Ventilation flue should be supported by layers. Construction practice: After grouting the upper and lower pipes, the interface of the upper and lower ventilation flue is generally located at the floor, so the Ф12 steel bar is welded at the embedded steel plate at the root of the pipe and welded with the steel bar reserved in the hole, and supported on the floor foundation. 5. Coat the upper and lower joint surfaces of ventilation flue with polymer cement slurry (108 glue: cement = 6:1); The seam between ventilation flue and stairwell should be cut in advance, cleaned and closed, and filled with C20 fine stone micro-expansive concrete. 6. The concrete surface at the joint should be about 75px lower than the floor. After concrete pouring, water is stored on the concrete surface for curing. 7. After the position of ventilation flue foot is cleaned, do it twice, and make it 500px high with 85 1 polyurethane waterproof coating with 2mm thickness; Or tamp the reinforced concrete water-retaining base surface around the foot of ventilation flue, 1: 2.5 cement mortar batch polishing, and the water-retaining base surface batch polishing should be completed before the cement sand finishing layer on the ground. However, it is necessary to reserve reinforcement when tamping fine stone concrete seal. 8, before the batch swing or decoration, should be hung on the periphery of the ventilation flue net. 9. For the joint of ventilation flue between two floors, it should be understood that the joint surface of ventilation flue should be coated with polymer cement slurry, and then the exposed part of the interface should be wrapped with galvanized steel wire mesh, and the embedded steel plates of the upper and lower pipes should be welded with φ 6 steel bars. 10. After the ventilation flue is installed on the roof, the backflow prevention covers required by different series of products shall be installed according to the design requirements.

Before installation, check the ventilation flue, whether the model is consistent and whether the number of floors is satisfied; Check whether the reserved holes on each floor are vertically aligned up and down, otherwise the treatment meets the requirements before installation. 2, ventilation flue installation should be carried out before the main structure and floor pavement, wall smallpox painting. When installing, it should be installed layer by layer from bottom to top, and be careful not to drop sundries into the ventilation flue.
