2. To fulfill departmental responsibilities

All relevant departments should earnestly fulfill departmental responsibilities according to their respective responsibilities, implement departmental linkage mechanism, take the initiative to supervise and follow up, adjust measures to local conditions according to the characteristics of their own departments and industries, strictly implement various prevention and control measures such as the investigation and fall of risk personnel, establish personnel ledgers, strengthen the prevention and control management of floating personnel in the industry, urge risk personnel to take the initiative to report, and strictly guard against missing management; To assist the expert departments to carry out epidemic prevention and control, treatment, sample collection, information reporting and epidemic monitoring, judgment, reporting and prevention and control work; We should take the initiative, take a step forward and implement the responsibility of industry management, especially strengthen the supervision of key industries such as factories and enterprises, construction sites, transportation hubs, hotels, shopping malls and supermarkets, farmers' markets, take-away express delivery, logistics maintenance, security and cleaning, catering institutions, schools and hospitals, nursing homes, children's welfare institutions, nursing homes and "seven small" stores.

3. Strengthen the responsibility of the unit

Organs, enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other organizations should guard their own doors, manage their own families, obey territorial management, formulate plans for epidemic prevention and control, implement the main responsibility of the unit for epidemic prevention and control, and establish a full-time responsibility system for epidemic prevention and control; It is necessary to refine the ledger of epidemic prevention and control in the whole link and process, strictly check the epidemic risk of returning workers, strengthen the protection of life, epidemic prevention and job rotation for employees in key positions and key processes, improve the management measures for third-party outsourced personnel, arrange functional departments to implement epidemic prevention measures, strengthen the management of social personnel access, site environment disinfection and sanitation, urge the personnel in the site to do personal protection, strengthen health education for employees, and implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures; It is necessary to establish a "white list" system for key personnel, do a good job in closed-loop management of small places, reduce the overlap of work areas, reduce the density of dormitory personnel, and prevent the spread of epidemic risks.

4. Fulfill personal responsibility for prevention and control

Citizens and friends should consciously abide by the Basic Code of Conduct for Citizen's Epidemic Prevention, strictly abide by all epidemic prevention regulations, do personal protection, wear masks scientifically, keep a safe social distance, and reduce unnecessary going out, not going to risk areas, not having dinners, not having parties, not visiting relatives and friends, not attending banquets, and not going to crowded places unless necessary; We should consciously do a good job in health monitoring, nucleic acid detection and antigen self-test. If you feel unwell, especially with respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough, take the initiative to report to the community and standardize medical treatment in time; To take the initiative to vaccinate, it is recommended that people who meet the vaccination conditions, especially the elderly and children, be vaccinated as soon as possible. If the basic immunization has been completed for half a year, please strengthen the immunization as soon as possible.
