Case description: The first sludge treatment plant built by BOT in China started in 2007 and put into operation in April 2009. In June 2009, biogas decarbonization and natural gas grid-connected test were successful. Daily treatment of 600 tons of municipal sludge, the project covers an area of 2.47 hectares. The dehydrated sludge produced by the sewage treatment plant in the central city of Dalian was subjected to centralized anaerobic digestion. After the biogas is purified, it can supply biogas16500m3 (natural gas quality) every day, and at the same time, it can produce 60,000 tons of humus soil every year, which can be used as landscaping nutrient soil or landfill cover soil. The project not only controls environmental pollution, but also realizes energy saving and emission reduction. Its construction mode and technical level have attracted great attention from the Ministry of Construction and the State Environmental Protection Administration, which has played a good demonstration role in the treatment of municipal sludge in China.
Application Case of Sludge Digestion Technology in xiaohongmen Sewage Treatment Plant

Case study: The sludge treatment process in xiaohongmen Plant adopts concentration-digestion-dehydration process, in which the sludge digestion process was completed in June 2008+June 2008 and put into production. Sludge is stabilized, recycled and reduced by mesophilic anaerobic digestion. Through the regulation of related processes, the biogas digester runs stably and the methane content in the biogas produced is stable. After the ignition conditions are met, the methane debugging successfully drives the blower, realizing the recycling of energy. Thereby greatly saving power consumption. In 2009, xiaohongmen Plant produced 3.687 million cubic meters of biogas. In March 2009, biogas-driven blower was put into operation. By the end of 2009, * * * had saved 3.559 million kWh of electricity, equivalent to 23 1.7 million yuan.
Sludge treatment and disposal project of Qingdao Maidao Sewage Treatment Plant

Case study: Qingdao Maidao Sewage Treatment Plant adopts mesophilic anaerobic digestion and makes full use of biogas produced by sludge digestion, which is a landmark project of sludge comprehensive utilization in Shandong Province. This project is equipped with two first-class mesophilic anaerobic digesters. The effective volume of each digester is 12700m3, which is used to treat the sludge in the primary sedimentation tank and backwashing sedimentation tank, as well as the grease in the deoiling grit chamber. The temperature of the digester was kept at 35 2℃, and the sludge retention time was 20 days. Biogas produced by sludge digestion was first used in four 500KVA biogas generators, which were connected to the grid after transformation, and could meet 66% of the power consumption in the plant. The hot water generated in the process of power generation provides heat for digesters and factories. Biogas is also used in biogas boilers to supplement the heat of biogas digesters, and the remaining biogas is burned by torches. Biogas power generation can save energy and cost for operators and enterprises. From the point of view of environmental protection, sludge is safer after digestion.
