Most of them are invited to work as consultants for companies or wineries, such as planning banquets for companies, acquiring wineries, etc. Some national star sommeliers are even invited to be judges in national events, such as the China Wine Pairing Challenge, or the National Hotel Industry Vocational Skills Competition - Sommelier Specialized Competition. It is obvious that professional sommeliers, whether at home or abroad, their authority in the catering industry and the wine industry is unquestionable.
