(2) Popularize and apply modern agricultural technologies such as standardized production of Lycium barbarum and its products, efficient water saving, advanced mechanical equipment and quality and safety management;

(3) set up deep processing enterprises for producing fresh fruits, food and beverages, biopharmaceuticals, health care and cosmetics;

(4) to participate in the construction of Lycium barbarum product sales market combining food and beverage, medical care, leisure and health, beauty and health, sightseeing and folk culture;
