What are the key points of connection materials for prefabricated concrete structures?
1. The steel bar connection at the joint of assembled structure can be realized by grouting the steel bar sleeve, indirect lap joint, mechanical connection or welding. Sleeve grouting should be adopted for the connection of stressed steel bars with a diameter of not more than 25mm; Indirect lap joint should be adopted for the connection of reinforced bars with a diameter of not more than 28mm; Mechanical connection shall be adopted for the connection of stressed steel bars with a diameter not less than 16mm; The connection of stressed steel bars with a diameter not exceeding 28 mm shall be welded.

2. The performance of sleeve for sleeve grouting connection shall meet the following requirements:

1) yield strength should not be less than 355Mpa;; Tensile strength should not be less than 600Mpa;;

2) The allowable deviation of connecting sleeve length is 0-4 mm. ..

3) The accuracy of the threaded connection part with steel bars at one end of the sleeve shall meet the requirements of Grade 6 accuracy specified in GB/T 197.

3. The types and quality of mechanical connection joints and welded joints shall conform to the provisions of current national standards.

4. The steel for anchor plate of embedded parts shall be Q235 and Q345 grade steel, and the steel grade shall not be lower than Q235-b; Steel shall comply with the provisions of GB/T700 of Carbon Structural Steel; Anchor bars of embedded parts shall be hot rolled steel bars without cold working.

5. Welding materials between steel and between steel and steel reinforcement shall meet the following requirements:

1) The covered electrode quality of manual welding shall conform to the current national standard "covered electrode of Carbon Steel" (GB/t517) or "covered electrode of Low Alloy Steel" (GB/t51kloc-0/8). The selected covered electrode model should match the main metal;

2) The welding wire and flux used for automatic welding or semi-automatic welding shall be suitable for the strength of the main metal, and the welding wire shall conform to the current national standard Steel Wire for Melting Welding (GB/T 14957) or Steel Wire for Gas Shielded Welding (GB/T 14958).

3) T50X can be used for welding between anchor bar (HRB400 grade steel) and anchor plate (Q235-B grade steel); T42 can be used for welding between Q235-B grade steels.

4) covered electrode and flux used for steel bar welding shall comply with the provisions of Carbon Steel covered electrode GB/T5 1 17. The selected covered electrode model should be suitable for the mechanical properties of welded steel bars.

6, steel bolt connection materials shall meet the following requirements:

1) Ordinary bolts shall conform to the current national standard "Hexagon head bolts; Class A and B (GB5782) and hexagon-head bolts; Class c (GB 5780);

2) The anchor bolts can be Q235 steel specified in the current national standard Carbon Structural Steel (GB700) or Q345 steel specified in Low Alloy High Strength Structural Steel (GB/T 159 1);

3) The high-strength bolts shall conform to the current national standard "High-strength hexagon bolts, hexagon nuts, washers and technical conditions for steel structures" (GB/T1228 ~1231) or "Torsional shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs for steel structures" (GB 3632 ~ 3633).

4) The strength design value of bolt connection shall be adopted according to the current national standard Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB500 17) Table 3.4. 1-4. The design pre-tension value of high-strength bolts shall be adopted according to Table 7.2.2-2 of the current national standard Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB 500 17-2003). The anti-sliding coefficient of steel friction surface connected by high-strength bolts shall be adopted according to the current national standard Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB 500 17-2003) Table 7.2.2- 1.
