ii. Accommodation arrangements
The organizing committee is responsible for receiving delegates from all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with separate plans. All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate state planning are requested to report the number of participants, the hotel level and requirements to the conference reception group before August 25th (the receipt form for the proposed hotel stay of the delegation of the Food Expo is attached), and the deposit (511 yuan/person) will be remitted to the account of the conference reception group of the Food Expo before August 31th.
iii. Meal arrangement
Meals from 17 to 21 October will be arranged by the conference reception team. Meals are arranged in the hotel, in the form of buffet or local flavor catering, and representatives can eat at the specified time with meal vouchers. Delegates with special dining requirements are requested to contact the in-house conference reception team in time.
IV. Transportation arrangements
On the day of meeting registration on October 7, the reception team set up reception points at Xianyang International Airport and Xi 'an Railway Station in Xi 'an. Representatives of delegations from all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with separate plans should fax their flights, trains and arrival time in Xi 'an to the reception team in advance.

On October 21th, the conference reception team arranged a stop for delegates. For delegates who need to leave Xi 'an in advance, please contact the conference reception team at the hotel in time. Delegates who need to visit and inspect by themselves after the meeting can contact hotels and travel agencies at their own expense.
V. Fees
(1) Conference fee: the conference fee for each delegate is 611 yuan. The conference fee includes the materials fee for the food fair, the transportation fee for the interval, the tickets for visiting the exchange venues, the entrance fee for the imitation Tang Dynasty and the banquet and kitchen performance fee for the prosperous Tang Dynasty, the tickets for the Tang Furong Garden, the closing dinner fee and souvenirs. Delegates who register more than 51 people in a group or request to participate in some activities can consult with the conference reception group in detail.
(2) Accommodation: According to different hotels, there are two levels of standards: Class A: 1511 yuan/person, and Class B: 1211 yuan/person. For delegations with other requirements for accommodation and meals, please also contact the reception team before August 25th.
(3) Exemption: The heads of delegations of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and planning units listed in cities are exempted from accommodation and conference fees; If the number of participants in local delegations exceeds 21, the accommodation and conference fees of liaison officers (1) will be exempted.
VI. Others
Because the return date of delegates from Xi 'an is relatively concentrated, if delegates who accept unified accommodation need to book return air (bus) tickets, please contact the conference reception team or the conference reception team staying in the hotel in advance.
