Walt Disney Company, commonly known as "Disney Company", is a diversified multinational media group in the United States, and its headquarters is in burbank, California.

Disney was founded on 1923-11-16, originally named "Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio", which was founded by Walter Disney and Roy Disney. Later, Disney developed into a leading animated film production company in the United States, and also began to set foot in real-life film production, television and theme parks.

Disney also used names such as "Walt Disney Studio" and "Walt Disney Production Company" until 1986.
