1. Recognize this name. After determining the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and contribution ratio, you can submit an application for name verification to the industrial and commercial bureau or online. If it fails, the name needs to be re-verified, which takes 1-3 working days;

2. Submit the materials, confirm the address information, senior management information and business scope after approval, submit the pre-application online, and submit the application materials to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau according to the appointment time after online pre-examination. After approval, you will receive the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration, which takes 5- 15 working days;

3. Get a license. On the day of appointment, bring the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration and the original ID card of the agent to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain the original and copy of the business license.

The application materials are as follows:

1. Application for industrial and commercial registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the operator;

2. Notice of pre-approval of individual industrial and commercial households;

3. If an agent is entrusted, the certificate of entrusted agent signed by the operator and a copy of the ID card of entrusted agent shall also be submitted;

4. A copy of the ID card of the operator;

5. Certificate of use of business premises;

6. If there are items in the business scope for application for registration that must be approved by laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, a copy of the relevant license certificate or approval document shall be submitted;

7. Other materials required by the registration authority.

Article 7 of the Interim Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in Urban and Rural Areas shall apply to the local administrative department for industry and commerce for registration with the local household registration certificate and other relevant certificates, and may start business only after the county-level administrative department for industry and commerce has approved and obtained the business license.

Where the state stipulates that operators need to meet certain conditions or obtain approval from the competent department of industry, they shall submit relevant approval documents when applying for registration.

Applications for hotel business, lettering business, trust consignment business and printing business shall be examined and approved by the local public security organs.
