At present, Unicom users can unsubscribe from traffic packages in the following ways:
1. Unicom online business hall: After logging in to the online business hall, click "Business Processing" > "Internet Traffic" > "3G Traffic Package" on the home page and select the corresponding traffic package to unsubscribe.
2. Mobile phone business hall client: log in to the mobile phone business hall client, and click Services > Handling > Traffic Voice Refueling Package > Traffic Package > My Traffic Package to unsubscribe from the corresponding traffic package;
3. Call the customer service hotline 11111 to cancel the subscription manually;
4. unsubscribe from the Unicom business hall where you belong.
Tips: Due to different policies in different cities, the unsubscribe methods of traffic packets are different. Please contact local customer service for details.
