The health certificate must be applied for at the relevant health examination organization in the district where the practice unit or the proposed practice unit is registered. A health certificate is a certificate of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee possesses the health qualities required for practicing the profession. The health certificate mainly covers six diseases in five industries, which protects the health of practitioners and service recipients to a large extent. Health certificate refers to the food, drinking water production and management personnel, directly engaged in the production of cosmetics, public **** place directly for the customer service personnel, hazardous operations personnel, radiation workers and school students, etc. in accordance with national health laws and regulations, such as pre-practice, practice and study period of the health examination. According to the Food Safety Law and the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public ****places, health certificates are required for people engaged in the five major industries: food production and operation, services in public ****places, professional production of cosmetics and disposable medical and sanitary products, toxic, hazardous, and radioactive work, and childcare in childcare institutions. Preventive Health Examination Management Measures, Article 11 The unit to be examined shall submit the list of persons examined to the health supervision organization in accordance with the regulations; and the unit to be examined is responsible for the establishment of personal health records.
