1. Preliminary communication
This is the most important step. Both parties are choosing, and some companies will specially take people out to do this step. Personally, I think professionalism and efficiency are the key words of the first step, not what price and relationship are. Without professionalism, it is all empty talk.
2. Pre-preparation
The most important thing in this step is to sign the contract. Never start designing without a contract. That kind of design is worthless and customers will not take you seriously. Therefore, I think the principle is the key word, and the price and down payment can even be discussed, but the payment must be received first.
3. Implementation in the design stage
is the key point of this step. All work must be carried out in advance and in priority, and the service time should be active.
4. Post-execution
is mainly about closing the payment. The previous steps are smooth, and the later payment will be easy to collect. If it involves production, it needs the cooperation and coordination of both parties.

First, preliminary communication
Fully understand the customer's needs. Customers can first form a unified opinion within the enterprise itself, define the project to be designed, the design requirements and the project budget, designate the person in charge of the project, and coordinate the relevant data collection work.
Make a preliminary analysis of enterprise background, product background, target market environment, competitive enterprises and competitive products. Customers can use their own industry advantages to provide advertising companies with as much background information as possible, so that advertising companies can systematically and professionally analyze design projects.
Introduce the common design styles of such projects to customers for reference. Advertising companies can provide customers with practical cases related to the projects, so as to facilitate the selection of styles and forms.
Knowing the customer's budget so as to adopt the appropriate printing technology and material budget has a great influence on whether the design scheme can be implemented smoothly in the end. If a good scheme is not supported by the budget, it will only waste both parties' time and energy, so it is necessary to determine the approximate budget before the start of the project as much as possible.
propose a preliminary design solution. after full communication with customers, according to the information available and through internal analysis, propose a preliminary solution to customers, that is, design brief 1, and get their approval.
2. Pre-preparation
Make an offer to customers according to the requirements, quantity and difficulty of design
The design fee varies according to different requirements and difficulties. Usually, when an advertising company provides an integrated solution (for example, the advertising company undertakes pre-design and post-production execution at the same time), the design fee can have a certain floating space.
the customer confirms the quotation and signs a letter of intent for quotation confirmation design 2.
according to the negotiation results of both parties, sign a formal design contract 3, and collect 31%-71% advance payment (the written person in charge and the signing agent can be confirmed in the design contract).
PS: If the letter of intent and contract are not completed within one working day, 2 can be omitted and the design contract can be signed directly.

customers should collect all kinds of data at this stage, such as the basic elements of enterprise VI system (logo, special font, special color system, etc.); Written materials (handwritten, printed or electronic documents such as Word); Picture materials (photos, reverse films, printed matter, electronic pictures) are stored in a special folder and kept by a special person.
Third, in the design stage
Set up a special design team
A special design team will be organized by the Creative Director (CD) to designate the project leader, design implementation and business implementation.

Sometimes the ideas of the client and the designer will be different, so both parties need to communicate well, reach an understanding, form a final opinion
Modify the design draft and submit the final design draft (CD, AD).
the customer confirms the final design draft (the second draft or the third draft 7)
the customer should confirm the final design draft in writing, and the work in the design stage is over.
Fourth, in the later stage
when the customer executes it, the advertising company can provide assistance in the form of consultation, but it is not responsible for the problems occurring in the implementation of the signed materials. In the case that the advertising company is responsible for the design completion and post-execution, the advertising company is responsible for the quality of post-execution, and the quality standard is subject to the customer's signature.
the customer pays the final payment according to the time and amount stipulated in the contract. After the customer signs for it correctly, the customer should pay the final payment according to the contract, and the advertising company will issue a unified commercial invoice.
