Changchun Teachers College is a public college approved by Jilin Provincial People's Government on 20 15. It is the only normal college supported by Jilin Province and Changchun Municipal Government during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Changchun Teachers College (Changchun Preschool Teachers College and Changchun Special Education School are collectively called after upgrading).

The school is located in Changchun Vocational Education Park, Nongan Economic Development Zone, Jilin Province, covering an area of 238,000 square meters, with a construction area of 88,000 square meters and a total teaching equipment value of 30 million yuan. There are high-standard teaching buildings, libraries, cultural activity centers, student apartments, dining centers and other teaching and living places, and there are more than 160 professional dance studios, studios, rehearsal halls, piano rooms, practice training simulation rooms and other halls.

At present, preschool education majors offer the following four types of courses:
