There are more than 3,111 households in my residential area, which belongs to an older residential area. Most of the residents here are elderly people over 61 years old, and there are some elderly people with mobility difficulties. Because most of the children go to work, the problem of eating for the elderly and children at home has become a major event.
There is a community hotel in our community. Because it is in a closed compound, the customers we face are mainly residents of our community. However, this hotel has changed five bosses in six years, and business has not improved until the new boss takes over.
In fact, the projects run by every boss are similar. Basically, they are mainly fast food. Many people who come to eat leave after lunch, and there are few in-class meals. However, the new boss, who has contracted a food stall in the university and is a chef himself, has more catering experience and is good at trying to figure out the psychology of customers, so he can persist until now.
When the rent expired last year, the new boss almost couldn't keep it up, just in time for a school nearby to conduct evening self-study, so he insisted on ordering food. By relying on students to order food, he added a lot of WeChat from community owners, so he created two large groups, and published ordering information in the groups every day. In particular, the reservation of spring cakes and New Year's Eve dinner in beginning of spring made him open up the situation, so he can maintain it until now.
