Reimbursement procedures for overseas visits:
Carry the patient ID card, two one-inch color photos and the new rural cooperative medical certificate to the county joint management office for referral and filing procedures;
Bring the patient ID card, certificate of the new rural cooperative medical system, referral filing procedures to the referral hospital for medical treatment, and go through the hospitalization procedures of the new rural cooperative medical system;
After discharge, patients submit their ID cards (or household registration books), new rural cooperative medical certificate, copies of medical records, hospitalization statements (some in the form of invoices), hospitalization expenses list and referral filing procedures to the joint management office for reimbursement.
Materials to be provided for reimbursement of medical insurance in different places:
Transfer certificate issued by the hospital in this city;
With the transfer certificate issued by the hospital, go to the local and district social security office (medical insurance office) to handle the examination and approval for medical treatment in different places;
Original invoice for hospitalization in designated hospitals in different places;
Original list of machine taxi fees;
A valid copy of the inpatient medical record (stamped with a valid hospital seal) 1 copy;
Copy of ID card 1 copy.
Remarks:
Participating migrant workers who seek medical treatment at their workplaces may seek medical treatment first, and go to the county joint management office for referral and filing procedures during hospitalization or after discharge;
The medical unit must be a local designated medical institution of the new rural cooperative medical system, otherwise it will not be reimbursed.
