Legal Analysis: If social vehicles illegally use the Olympic lanes on Beijing roads, they shall be deemed as "illegal use of the lanes by motor vehicles" and be fined by 200 yuan according to law. In view of the fact that the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still severe and complicated, in order to ensure the health and safety of Olympic-related personnel and spectators, it is decided to adjust the original plan, organize spectators to watch the game on the spot by means of public ticket sales, and require the spectators to strictly abide by the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 before, during and after the game, so as to create a good atmosphere for the smooth holding of the game on the premise of epidemic prevention and control safety.

1. Passenger vehicles that can pass through the Olympic lane according to the authority indicated on the vehicle certificate. 2. Vehicles for transporting luggage and equipment for members of the Olympic family. 3. Communications, electric power, doping inspection, medical rescue and emergency rescue vehicles to ensure the operation of venues. 4. Satellite OBV for the Olympic Games. 5. Freight vehicles such as logistics, catering and garbage removal with a total weight of less than 4.5 tons (excluding).

(2) Police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles performing emergency tasks.

(3) Vehicles with opening (closing) license plates and opening (closing) license plates for rehearsals of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics are only allowed to pass in the Olympic lanes on opening (closing) days and rehearsal days.

4. If there is a bus lane on the road with the Olympic lane, motor vehicles can borrow the bus lane during the use period of the Olympic lane.

Five, in violation of the provisions of the Olympic lane, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall be punished according to the law in accordance with the illegal act of "motor vehicles using lanes in violation of regulations".
