(four) responsible for the administrative supervision and technical supervision of drugs and medical devices; To supervise the implementation of legal standards and quality management norms for the development, production, circulation and use of drugs and medical devices, as well as the quality standards and quality management norms for preparations of medical institutions; Organize the implementation of sampling inspection of drugs and medical devices; Investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal acts in the development, production, circulation and use of drugs and medical devices according to law. (five) supervision and management of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, radioactive drugs, pharmaceutical precursor chemicals and other special management drugs.
