Yellow river reservoir scenic spot
The Yellow River Reservoir Scenic Area is located in the upper reaches of Yinma River, spanning Yantongshan and Mingcheng towns. It is a comprehensive project integrating irrigation, power generation and diversified management, and it is the largest medium-sized reservoir in panshi city. It was built on 1958 to intercept the Yellow River water. Its widest point is 1.5km, its length is about 5.5km, its catchment area is 784km2, its dam height is 13m, its crest length is 520m, and its total storage capacity is 35m. The Yellow River Reservoir Scenic Area is a well-known leisure fishery scenic spot in the whole province, with clear reservoir water, no industrial pollution and wide waters, which has initially formed a beautiful pattern integrating engineering landscape, water landscape, human landscape and natural landscape of mountains and forests. The reservoir is a combination of mountains, water and peninsula, with beautiful scenery, pure air, weird S-shaped water surface, rich wildlife resources and flocks of wild ducks and cranes. The reservoir is rich in aquatic resources, and there are many kinds of fish, including river crabs, mussels and river snails.
Along the winding waterfront, there are water viewing promenade (fishing promenade), dams with gravel slope protection, tidal pavilions, European-style power stations, tall and magnificent sluices, leisure woodlands, pavilions in forests, fountains, lotus ponds, Russian villa campsites and windmill rockeries. The construction area of the service center is 1.500m2, which can accommodate1.50 people for accommodation and 400 people for dining. The reservoir is equipped with 1 battery boat and two speedboats. The unique fish feast attracts a large number of tourists from inside and outside the province, and receives more than 65,438+10,000 tourists every year.
In 2002, the Yellow River Reservoir Scenic Area was rated as a 2A-level scenic spot by Jilin Provincial Tourism Bureau. In 2003, it was listed as a special tourist line by Jilin Provincial Tourism Bureau, as a scenic spot of Guanmalianshan National Forest Park by the State Forestry Administration and as a national water conservancy scenic spot by the Ministry of Water Resources.
