Xi 'an Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It consists of the original Xi Industrial School, Xi Economic and Trade School, Xi Financial Accounting School and Xi Agricultural School.
The college started its preparatory work in May 2004, was formally established with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government on September 8, 2004, and was formally established on February 26, 2006.
