In Haicang District, you can go directly to Songyu Wharf (No. 2188 Jianguang Road) to buy a ticket to board a boat to Alcove_Wharf on Gulangyu Island. The round-trip ticket costs 30 yuan. There are only two ways to get to Gulangyu by boat.

3. So which pier to get off at to Gulangyu? It's actually quite simple.

There are almost two piers to get off at Gulangyu, Sanqutian Pier and Neicuo Au Pier. Sanqutian Pier is close to the business district and major attractions, and Neicuo Au Pier is at the other end of the island. Currently the supporting facilities are not perfect. Transportation, dining, etc. Very inconvenient.

If you are staying on the island, you can get off closer to your hotel. For pure fun, Sanqutian is closer to some of the attractions near Longtou Road, a busy street, while Nei Chu Au is almost on the other side of the island from this opposite side. You'll have to go halfway around the island to get to that lively place. If you choose to stay at Nei Chu Au, you can take a boat down to that pier. If not, you should opt for Sanchutian Pier.
