According to the needs of career development, with the approval of the Provincial Personnel Department, the fishery administration departments of our Ministry have recruited special post staff (fishing crew) 10 at the fishery administration central stations in Huangdao, Yantai, Yangkou, Long Island and Haiyang. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Organization and implementation

In 2008, the open recruitment of fishery crew in five central stations managed by the Provincial Fishery Supervision and Administration Office adhered to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, and implemented the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection. According to the qualifications and requirements of the recruitment position, our bureau organized registration, qualification examination, examination and physical examination in accordance with relevant documents.

Second, the recruitment unit, position and application conditions

(a) the basic conditions for the application

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration and prequalification

Applicants should log on to the "Shandong at Sea" website (www.hssd.gov.cn) to download and fill in the Registration Form as required, and send it to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Department of Ocean and Fisheries (mailbox :rsc@hssd.gov.cn) by email before May 5. The personnel department shall, jointly with the provincial fishery superintendency agencies, conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the candidates, and notify the qualified candidates of the written test by telephone.

(2) Examination and qualification examination

The exam is divided into written test and interview.

1, written test. The written test content is mainly based on professional basic knowledge, supplemented by public basic knowledge, and mainly tests the degree of mastery of professional basic knowledge by the candidates.

2. Interview. Candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score according to the written test results, and those who are less than 3 are determined according to the actual number. The interview adopts structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the comprehensive analysis ability, response and contingency ability, oral expression ability, professional knowledge and business ability of the candidates engaged in the job application. The interview time for each candidate is generally no more than 20 minutes.

Conduct qualification examination before the interview. Applicants who enter the interview scope must submit their original ID card, the original employment recommendation letter printed by their school (including the transcript stamped by their department) and two recent bareheaded photos of the same edition 1 inch. Graduates who are not employed during the employment period must also submit the original employment registration certificate for graduates. Applicants should provide relevant certificates and original materials for other qualifications required for the recruitment position. Those who fail to meet the requirements for registration after examination will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results.

The time and place of written test and interview will be notified separately.

(3) Physical examination and evaluation

Written test scores are not brought into the interview. According to the interview results from high to low, the candidates for physical examination and assessment scope shall be determined according to the ratio of not less than 65438+ 0.2 times of the number of recruits, and the physical examination and assessment shall be organized in equal amounts in turn. Those who are qualified will not be organized for physical examination and assessment. Vacancies caused by unqualified personnel in physical examination and assessment shall be filled in equal amounts from other personnel who have entered the assessment scope of the same post. Physical examination should be carried out in accordance with the transportation industry standard "Physical Examination Requirements for Seagoing Crew". The examination examines the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the candidates by consulting files, checking identity, individual conversations and holding symposiums, and examines the qualifications of the finalists. If it is found that the applicant's report is false and does not meet the registration conditions, the qualification for registration will be cancelled.

(four) publicity and employment procedures

According to the results of interview, assessment and physical examination, the candidates to be hired are selected and publicized on the website of Maritime Shandong for 7 days. If there is no objection, the employing unit shall, jointly with the personnel department, put forward employment opinions and report them to the Provincial Personnel Department for the record, and the Provincial Personnel Department shall issue the Notice of Recruiting Personnel in Institutions. After employees are put on record, the legal representative of the employing unit signs employment contracts with employees, establishes personnel relations, and goes through relevant procedures such as file relations, salary, household registration transfer, and graduate dispatch. Those who fail to graduate as scheduled will be disqualified. Employed personnel shall implement probation system according to regulations, and those who pass the expiration period will be formally employed, and those who fail will be terminated. Probation period 12 months.

Fourth, treatment.

The employed personnel are regular employees in the establishment, and the salary and welfare are implemented according to the salary standard of the staff (fishing crew) of relevant national and provincial institutions.
