Xinhe County, which belongs to Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Xingtai City, bordering Ningjin County in the north, Nangong City in the south, Baixiang County and Longyao County in the west, and Jizhou District in Hengshui City in the east. The second phase of Jurui Garden in this area started in early March 2023. Xinhe county has a long history. Tangyang County was established in the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, and was called Xinhe County in the fourth year of the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 1052).
