First of all, the first question is, what is the original intention and idea of changing the trinity to the quaternity in our school this time?

a: actually, the change from trinity to quaternity is based on the needs of school orientation and personnel training objectives. As we all know, the orientation of our school is the business school of information industry, which trains the leaders of the future social backbone, that is, the middle and senior managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the information industry. Information Business School means that our school is a business school as a whole, which means that our school is a cluster with business education as the core and information industry as the characteristic specialty. There must be a motive behind the transformation of Trinity into Trinity. If we want to be a business school, it means that our business education must be very important, because only in this way can we realize the strategic transformation, which means that we are not training pure technical talents like cyit, nor are we training pure management talents like chongqing technology and business university. We are doing integration and crossing, and it is also a subdivision-information industry management personnel training. q: the school is positioned as a business school in the information industry, our college is positioned as a supplier of new business courses in the information industry, and our students are positioned as a backbone leader in the information industry. So how do these three things combine and cooperate?

A: What is the relationship between the three? This thing, in fact, is a logical system, that is, you can think about it. The school is an information industry business school, which means that there are a large number of professional clusters of information industry with business education as the core. If all the students in our school want to study business, who will provide it? It's refinement business school. So we made a leadership course package, which is now called three plus one course. There may be many students in business school who don't know it, but many students in other secondary colleges may know it, because it has been opened now. Three plus one is the three core functional sectors of the enterprise, corresponding to three compulsory courses of human resource management, marketing and financial management, and then choose one of the four courses of management, investment and financing management, organizational behavior and current advertising. So, at present, in order to match the positioning of this information industry business school, we have upgraded the course of "three plus one" to "six plus two". Now this course is still in the pipeline. What does "six plus two" mean is that we have six compulsory courses and two elective courses. On the basis of the original "three plus one", it is to highlight the four-in-one of our school, with business education as the core, and the original four courses cannot highlight this importance. For all the students in our school, we have provided necessary business thinking training courses to become an excellent leader. Q: At present, most students still don't understand our new orientation-new business. How can teachers let students know more about the new business?

a: the new business is a concept corresponding to the traditional business, and it is a business education model that meets the needs of economic and social development. Traditional business is to cultivate "commercial and technical talents". For example, you studied financial management, so from the day you studied financial management, you defined yourself as a finance technology employee. If you study human resource management, you are a professional and technical person who does human resources. However, with the progress of the times, only paying attention to financial knowledge or human resource management knowledge itself can't solve the problem. First, you have to understand the development of the industry before you can do a good job in financial and human resources, because every industry is developing very fast, and it has its own characteristics. Do you need to know the development status of the industry? What is the current competitive situation in the international and domestic markets? Therefore, the first characteristic of the new business is that it has an industry background, which is very different from all walks of life, especially the impact of the information industry. Internet companies and new media companies have challenged the professional education of traditional business. The second is crossover. As a financial person or HR, do you need to know about production? Do you need to know about marketing? The biggest problem for people trained in traditional business is that everyone does their own thing. Many enterprises are facing this problem, and the gap between these departments is very large. This means that our majors must be integrated, such as understanding company strategy, understanding production and understanding market. As for how teachers let students know about new business subjects? As a matter of fact, the teachers in our business school are trying out new business courses in the information industry throughout the semester. After the four-in-one talent training mode came out this year, we have been constantly strengthening teachers and getting to know more about the background knowledge of the information industry since the beginning of this semester. We also invited professors from professional communication engineering colleges to give us lectures, and we also asked teachers to increase the cases of enterprise management in the information industry and increase the transmission of background knowledge in industries and interdisciplinary subjects. A: Let's put it this way, these projects are not only for students in business schools, but also for the whole school, because we are now positioning ourselves as a new business subject in information industry. So under such a position, in addition to traditional teaching, our business school actually needs to have unique projects so that students can open their eyes and feel the characteristics and charm of business education. For example, we have opened a special lecture hall on business ethics. At present, we mainly invite people from well-known domestic enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing, such as middle and high-level managers, such as department managers and directors, and some entrepreneurs. The famous teacher class is now the first-class management consulting company in China, such as Huaxia Cornerstone and Peking University Horizon. We ask their executives to provide us with business-related professional knowledge and industry or enterprise management experience. Besides, we have matched some other projects, for example, we have a special library. This is the only specialized business library in the school at present. Then, on the basis of the business library, we are also doing business reading meetings every month. a: I think that is to say, the prerequisite for a person to learn new things is to open our minds first. When I was working for teachers this semester, I also mentioned a work culture. I mentioned three "open", the first is openness, the second is development, and the third is happiness. The first thing to do is to open your eyes. You have to open your eyes, which means you have to learn to accept new things. It is very likely that this will happen when school starts. For example, our new teacher said something wrong and did something wrong, and our old teacher should learn to accept him. I think people must have an open mind when they do their work.
