Tell you what my parents let me eat when I was growing up:
Morning: congee (or soymilk), two eggs, vegetables (different every day, according to the nutritional and also according to my dietary preferences, but I'm not picky about what I eat), and sometimes steamed buns, buns (of course in China), pies, omelettes, and so on, and my mom researched all kinds of patterns in order to get me to eat more often.
Morning: fruit (I go to school, I go to school, I go to school, I go to school, I go to school, I go to school, and so on). >morning: fruit (I go to school and my mom will fill a fruit for me to eat between classes, it can be different every day), water (drink as much as you need, there is no limit of milliliters)
noon: in accordance with Chinese custom, the staple food for the noodles, rice, steamed buns, pancakes, congee, buns, dumplings, goosebumps soup and so on to take turns to come, the best times of my mom does not have a heavy sample of a week, the dishes in addition to vegetables, but also will be doing ribs, fish, chicken, duck, beef and so on meat. In addition to vegetables, she would also make pork ribs, fish, chicken, duck, beef and other nutritious meats, but these meats are not made every day, basically one to two times a week, the practice of stewing, steaming, sweet and sour, braised and other healthy main, my mother tried to prevent me from eating deep-fried, deep-fried and barbecued things, my favorite is the cola chicken wings and sweet and sour fish. Vegetables are every day, the variety of dishes changed every day, mainly to stir-fry vegetables, do not put chili, less oil, less salt, more vinegar.
Afternoon: fruit, water, other snacks (according to my preference, but I don't like sweets, mainly dried fruits and a variety of cookies I picked out)
Evening: about the same as at noon, but I eat a lot, and sometimes a plate of food is not enough for me to eat
After dinner to bedtime: fruit (according to the preference of eating) milk or powdered milk Cola Cao or yogurt.
I think you can do without the Amway you give your kids.
If your kid is 17 and follows your recipes, I don't think he'll get enough at all, growing kids eat more than adults. I ate a lot back then, sometimes a person can finish a fish and still eat the main course and other veggies and still be hungry by then. Exercise more to grow taller too. And your kids eat too fine, not enough variety, some micronutrients or certain nutrients will be biased.
