Maintenance standard of kitchen grease separator
The criteria are as follows:

First, grease should be discharged regularly. Failure to discharge grease for a long time will affect the oil separation effect of the oil separator; It is generally required to skim the oil once every three days. If the oil is not skimmed for a long time, it will seriously affect the oil separation effect and normal work of the oil separator, and may cause pipeline blockage in serious cases;

Second, it is necessary to regularly clean the slag removal grid of the oil separator inlet tank. The specific cleaning time depends on the quality of the sewage in the dining kitchen, and it is necessary to ensure that the sundries intercepted by the grille will not block the water inlet channel. Generally, it is required to clean it at least twice a week, otherwise it may affect the water inlet of the oil separator;

Third, when the oil separator is thoroughly maintained and overhauled, you can first open the drain valve at the bottom to clean up the sludge and impurities deposited at the bottom of the box, and then discharge them into a special collection container for dumping.

4. Daily maintenance of small oil-water separator equipment in the kitchen mainly includes: cleaning impurities in the grille, cleaning grease in the equipment, keeping the oil-water separator running normally, and cleaning sludge at the bottom of the tank. It is best to check whether the equipment is leaking or blocked during daily inspection.
