Supplementary Provisions on Issues Relating to the Interim Provisions on the Payment of Wages

1. The wages payable for extended working hours beyond the systematic working hours in line with the legal standard working hours and for arranging work on rest days and statutory vacations as stipulated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of Article 13 of the Provisions are paid in accordance with the number of overtime hours worked and a certain multiplier of the wage rate for normal working hours as set out in the labor contract.
