The process is:

The license window of the Food and Drug Administration receives the materials. Outside the inspection team to the site to see the point and sign on the spot to give a pass or rectification paperwork. Then the file will go to the director of the Food and Drug Administration to sign through, and then the file back to the window to confirm and print the food service license, and then notify you by phone to the window to collect the license. This is the entire FDA process. The whole process takes about 20 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
