You can only enter the game. Don't even think about it if you play. Your graphics card is simply a high-definition card. There is no cooling fan but only a heat sink, which shows how low the performance of this graphics card is. But GTA5 hasn't come out yet, and no one can say for sure what configuration you want, but I can say that your graphics card certainly can't meet the minimum requirements.
