On July 20, 2009, the first phase of the tourist hiking trail in the scenic spot officially broke ground. The hiking route meanders between Jinyinshan National Forest Park and Peach Blossom Garden 4A scenic spot, with a total length of 5.8 kilometers. The first phase of the project will repair, strengthen and expand the original pedestrian walkway in Taohuayuan, and lay a pedestrian walkway that avoids the cave from Qinzhuang to Taohuayuan and connects with the walkway in the forest park. Relying on the advantages of mountain forests, the trail is ups and downs, just like a golden dragon cruising between two scenic spots, and the hiking trail has achieved a win-win situation for tourism and fitness. In addition to the construction of pedestrian walkways, there are supporting facilities, including garbage collection points, public toilets, communication optical cables and other supporting public infrastructure. The project was completed before June 2009 10.

On 20th11June13rd, Jinyinshan National Forest Park was officially renamed as "Youyang Taohuayuan National Forest Park", and its business scope and four boundaries remained unchanged. After renaming, it will highlight the landscape characteristics of the forest park, help to excavate and establish the brand image of the park's ecological culture, help Youyang's tourism development and image promotion, inject vitality into the park's construction and development, sing the construction of ecological civilization, and play a positive role in promoting regional economic development.

Trees, woodlands, wildlife and other resources and facilities within the scope of Jinyinshan National Forest Park are protected, and no unit or individual may occupy, requisition or transfer them without authorization. Within the scope of Jinyinshan National Forest Park, it is forbidden to engage in activities that destroy the forest landscape and illegally occupy forest land, such as breaking ground and taking stones, reclaiming land, cutting wood and planting grass, grazing and burying graves. It is forbidden to dig and collect wild medicinal materials in the mountains without authorization; It is forbidden to damage flowers, trees, facilities and equipment; It is forbidden to smoke, light a fire, use fire and barbecue food in forest fire-forbidden areas; It is forbidden to harm or hunt wild animals without authorization; It is forbidden to destroy scenic trails and various facilities.
