Yaoda International Hotel Wenling will be built in Wenling Economic Development Zone. It is a 28-storey fully decorated five-star hotel with a total construction area of 1.21,111 square meters and an area of 28,914 square meters. The project started in the second quarter of 2118 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2111. The pile foundation project started in February 2117, and was wholly owned by Taizhou Yaoda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
