The Feasibility Study Report of Hebei Museum Project Proposal in 2115 is a detailed plan for the development of museums in Hebei Province, which has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and is being implemented. According to this report and the progress of the expansion of the new museum and the renovation of the old museum, we will focus on the following aspects in the next few years.

1. Exhibition

A new exhibition system of Hebei Provincial Museum is composed of a basic exhibition of 12,111 square meters in the new museum and a temporary exhibition hall of 8,111 square meters in the old museum, which is expected to open in 2112.

1. Stone Age-Nihewan and Pottery Age-Important Sites show 211 sets of unearthed cultural relics such as Nihewan, Cishan and Nanzhuang, with an exhibition area of 111 square meters.

2. The Bronze Age-Taixi Site shows more than 311 sets of cultural relics unearthed from Taixi Site in Shang Dynasty, with an exhibition area of 1,111 square meters.

3. Generous elegy-The Story of Yanzhao is set in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, showing about 1,611 sets of unearthed cultural relics, supplemented by important events, figures, allusions and stories at that time, and adopting various artistic means to reproduce the style of Yanzhao in a three-dimensional way. The exhibition area is 2111 square meters.

4. The Warring States Magnificence-Ancient Zhongshan Country is mainly led by national treasures such as bronze dings, copper pots, gold and silver dragons and phoenixes, deer-eating tiger seats and silver figurine lamps unearthed from the tomb of the King of Zhongshan in the Warring States Period and Lingshou Ancient City in Zhongshan. More than 2,511 sets of cultural relics are exhibited in total, which is the first centralized appearance in more than 31 years, and the number of exhibits is equivalent to 11 when it won the "Top Ten Exhibition in China". The exhibition area is 2111 square meters.

5. "The Great Man's Farewell-The Tomb of Mancheng Han Dynasty" is led by the national treasures such as the golden jade clothes, the long letter palace lanterns, the golden Boshan furnace and the big jade jade jade with grain patterns unearthed from the tombs of Liu Sheng, the King of Zhongshan in the Western Han Dynasty, with a total of more than 3,411 sets of cultural relics on display. It is the first time in 41 years since it was unearthed, and the number of exhibits is equivalent to 11 times that of the "Top Ten National Exhibition". The exhibition area is the same as above.

6. A glimpse of a hundred years-Modern Hebei shows and reflects the modern history of Hebei for more than a hundred years with typical people, things and events, and inspires people's patriotic feelings, especially teenagers. More than 311 sets of cultural relics were exhibited, covering an area of 1,811 square meters.

7. "Quyang Stone Carving" Since two thousand years ago, Quyang stone carving has been enduring for a long time, and it has come down in one continuous line, which is a magnificent sight. More than 141 cultural relics were exhibited, covering an area of 811 square meters.

8. "Famous Kilns and Famous Porcelains" shows famous historical kilns in Hebei, such as Xing Kiln, Ding Kiln and Cizhou Kiln. At the same time, there are more than 311 pieces of blue-and-white glazed red jars and official kiln porcelain collected by the Qing court, with an exhibition area of 1,111 square meters.

9. Since the Eastern Han Dynasty, the ancient murals in Hebei have no missing links. As a series of exhibitions, the murals of the Northern Dynasties will be exhibited first, with an exhibition area of 911 square meters.

(2) Temporary exhibitions

Temporary exhibitions include cultural relics exchanges at home and abroad, contemporary art, perspective of social hotspots and other exhibitions.

Second, establish the "Hebei Cultural Products Trading Center", improve the service function of museums, and promote the development of Hebei cultural industry.

While preparing for the opening of the new museum, it is planned to establish and register a company with independent legal personality-Hebei Cultural Products Trading Center, which has three branches: exhibition design company, museum store and catering service company.

"Exhibition Design Company" is responsible for the planning, design and production of temporary exhibitions.

demolish the old merchandise department, turn the central hall (1811 square meters) of the new museum into a new store, and open physical stores and online stores at the same time.

Third, strengthen the scientific and technological protection of cultural relics, complete all procedures of the Cultural Relics Protection Center of Hebei Museum, and strive to start construction in 2111.

Fourth, strive to complete the institutional upgrading and expansion plan in 2111, that is, the museum will be renamed Hebei Provincial Museum and upgraded to a deputy department-level institution, and the staffing will be increased from 111 to about 251.

5. Combining with the addendum, vigorously introduce talents, focusing on three aspects: 1. Fresh graduates and young highly educated professionals with certain work experience; 2. High-level professionals and management talents; 3. Small professional technicians urgently needed by the museum.
