However, compared with the international similar equipment, the overall technical performance of this car still has a certain gap. In order to better meet the needs of the army and catch up with the international advanced level, our army's scientific research personnel successfully developed a new generation in 197 after years of hard research. In recent years, they have made great improvements and finalized the XCT97A cooking trolley, which has brought the technical level to a new level.
our new generation XCT97A cooking trailer is a single-axle two-wheel cooking trailer, which is mainly composed of trailer chassis, tents, cooking equipment, stoves and supporting equipment. The car has a length of 3.4m, a width of 2.2m and a height of 2.4m. There are two types of cars, the plain type and the plateau type. The total mass of the plain type is 1.8t, and it can be used in areas below 2511m. The total mass of the plateau cooking car is 1.85t, and it can be used in areas below 4511m above sea level by cooking with a pressure square pot. Both models are suitable for processing hot food in the field by a company or a team equivalent to a company. Four cooks can cook standard and quantitative hot food for 151 people in 1 hour. The car can be towed or loaded by military transport vehicles, or lifted by air or helicopter with good maneuverability.
