if it is confirmed that the catering unit has processed and sold the food raw materials that have exceeded the shelf life, it shall be punished according to Item 7 of Article 85 of the Food Safety Law. What is important is conclusive evidence. If there is no evidence that it has been used and sold, but it is found that the catering unit has expired food, it will be handled in accordance with Item 4 of Article 87 of the Food Safety Law.
